OCCAC is working to reduce and prevent homelessness for youth and young adults ages 12-24 years old through five priority service areas:
- Stable Housing
- Family Reconciliation
- Permanent Connections
- Education and Employment
- Social and Emotional Well-being
Example Services Include*:
- Basic needs
- Housing assistance
- Energy assistance
- Education related costs (school clothes, supplies, activity fees)
- Transportation assistance
- Food resources and more!
