What to Bring to Your Appointment
- Photo ID, including a driver’s license, state issued ID, passport, or residency card.
- An eviction notice, if applying for eviction prevention, as well as a copy of your lease or rental agreement.
- Proof of income such as SSI stubs, pay stubs, bank statements, or other verifiable proof of income.
